Robert is a Development and Programme Planning Specialist and has over 10 years of experience providing training as a faculty member in the tertiary education sector. He also provides technical assistance to international and national organizations. He has worked as a Dalan Associate since 2009 and has led assignments in the following fields: Governance, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Safety Net, Youth and Gender and assignments in the field of Maternal and New Born Health.
