She have over 18 years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial management, strategies, budgeting, administration, financial & management reporting, analyzing, negotiation, financial policies and procedures, treasury, revenue and cash flow management, reviewing, authorization, financial management capacity assessment and training delivered in profit and not for profit making sector.

A trained and qualified Agriculturist, Extension, Rural Sociologist & Community Development practitioner with excellent knowledge and skills in behavior change communications & extension agency. Raymond has at least eighteen (18) years’ experience in integrated social work, with both national and international non-governmental organizations and/or humanitarian and other development agencies. His overall experiences includes conception, design & development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of agricultural, educational and other community development initiatives; with knowledge in: teaching, research and community out-reach; management and supervision of human as well as other resources; gender & nutrition in sustainable integrated pond-based aquaculture and agriculture; youth-led empowerment and livelihoods’ skills training for vulnerable persons or groups (girls & women generally); warehouse management, stock control procedures and general logistics; HIV & AIDS education and advocacy; which critically relate to the prevention, mitigation and control of the disease; and the proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Packages; and Internet Navigation.

Ibrahim Kamara is one of the senior associate consultant at Dalan. Ibrahim started his career with Dalan is 2012 and has worked in various project since including a project with Health Poverty Action, Sierra Leone Presidential Recovery Plan, and a project with Tony Blair Faith Foundation. In all these project Mr. Kamara assisted with the development of survey instruments; training of field team and oversight of field work; management of both qualitative and quantitative data; analyzed both data and assist with report writing.
