Josephine Jenneh Lahai is a holder of a higher teachers’ certificate from the Milton Margai College of Education and Technology (MMCET). She has been working on Dalan projects consistently over the last five years in various capacities, as a Research Associate and as a Project Coordinator. She has been involved in several assessments including assessments relevant to social impact assessments in the extractive and energy sectors, and in health.

Grace has worked with Dalan as a Research Associate since 2011. She is a seasoned researcher with exceptional skills in collecting quantitative and qualitative data. Immediately after she was recruited as a Research Associate, she benefitted from training sessions organized by the Royal Tropical Institute, Netherlands (KIT), covering the following topics: Instrument development for the collection of quantitative and qualitative data and basic analysis of qualitative data using ATLAS TI software package.

Jamil started his career as a researcher since 2008, when he joined Dalan Development Consultant as an enumerator and rose to the level of a Research Associate, then on to supervisor, and is currently a Project Coordinator at Dalan. He has developed extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research while working with Dalan.

Mohamed is currently a Project Coordinator at Dalan. He joined Dalan in 2009 as an enumerator and progressed to the position of field supervisor. Mohammed has been involved in variety of projects across different sectors, such as Health, Wash, Youth, Governance and Agriculture, and he is very competent in the collection of quantitative and qualitative data.
