Valnora Anita Christine Edwin: has extensive experience as a senior Gender Activist. She has expertise on governance related issues, women’s rights, sexual and Gender Based violence, gender equality and equity, citizen’s participation in policy development, children’s rights, security sector reform, accountability and transparency spanning over 20 years. She also has vast knowledge and solid experience in building coalitions and creating networks across ethnic, gender, intergenerational lines and numerous agendas. Valnora act as a strong support for the development of Gender Pillar in national development plans, inclusivity in electoral processes relating to the participation of women, youths and persons with disability, engaging young women in building leadership skills. She possesses Strong analytical skills, ability to supervise and relate well in teams, excellent oral and written communication skills. She has been an active Dalan consultant since 2021, in the field of governance, especially in developing advocacy strategies.
