Unisa Kargbo: studied Banking and Finance at the Institute of Public Administrative and Management (IPAM), graduated with BSc Hons. Unisa joined Dalan Development Consultant as an intern assigned to the Finance Unit and was later moved to give support to the Human Resource and Logistics Department. Due to his financial background, he was then reassigned to the Finance Unit and upgraded to the position of a Finance Assistant 1, providing back up support to the Finance Officer, and also provides leadership in budgeting and expense tracking. In April 2023, in the quest to promote a culture of multiple skills, Unisa was transferred to the Logistics Unit as Finance and Logistics Assistant supporting the Operations Manager also working closely with Admin and Procurement Officer, Finance Team as well. After formal performance review, Unisa’s position was later changed to Logistics Coordinator till end of contract. In January 2025, Unisa reapplied for the position of a Finance Assistant (Tax and Fund Management). At present, he is in charge of tax computation (WHT, PAYE, NASSIT, and GST) and also manages the book-keeping of the Resolve/USAID Project and all project expense reporting and other finance related duties.
