Titus Younge (ACCA – –Professional Accountant and-Business Analyst). Titus is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has in depth expertise in preparing Financial Statements, Financial Information for Management, Managing People, Accountant in Business, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Corporate and Business Law, Performance Management, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance, and Financial Management. He has served in consultant capacity at Dalan since 2014, as a Financial Analyst: to assess the financial viability for establishing the Sierra Leone Produce Marketing Company; and to carry out an assessment of the Financial and Programmatic Management capabilities of UNFPA implementing partners (IP). He is currently (2025), part of a team undertaking an organizational, Functional, and Financial Management Review commissioned by a public sector entity in Sierra Leone.
