Saidu Kargbo – Quantitative and Qualitative- Saidu, is a senior research associate with Dalan bringing many years of field work experience across all 16 districts in Sierra Leone. He is a seasoned field work Manager and has coordinated many projects requiring the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, in the areas of education, heath, energy, and enterprise development. Since 2018 to date, Saidu Kargbo has led field teams for In school level assessments. More recently, he has provided field data collection oversight, for a series of Dalan evaluation assignments associated with verification of payment metrics for outcome-based financing in primary schools, for piloting early childhood education development strategies, and to support the National Assessment Secretariat Unit (NASU), establish its base status for undertaking national learning assessments.
