Mohamed J. S. Conteh: holds a Diploma and a BSc. in Banking and Finance and currently pursuing a Diploma in Infrastructural Management Systems. He joined Dalan Development Consultants in 2012 as an Office Assistant and he has risen through the ranks and now holds the position of Operations Manager. In his current role at Dalan, he oversees all functions related to General Office Administration, Procurement, Logistics and Information Technology (IT). He supports and manages the Dalan vehicle fleet service. He is a highly motivated and industrious worker with over ten (10) years’ experience in diverse skills. He is a team builder, adapts easily to multicultural work environment with high personal ethics, optimistic attitude and proven integrity. He is an effective communicator with positive attitude for resolving challenges. As part of his assigned duties, he is responsible to safe guard Dalan assets, ensure smooth functioning of the office and also coordinate needed resources for core staff and field associates. He also supports the Managing Director in ensuring travelling related needs of clients associated with the Dalan wider business (Consulting, Logistics, Estates) are met.
