Giulia Buccino holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Naples “L’Orientale” (2015), a Master of Science in European Economy and Business Law from Tor Vergata University of Rome (2019), and a Master in Project Management for International Cooperation and Local Development from Social Change School, Madrid (2024). She has contributed to academic publications, including Competitive Dialogue: An Economic and Legal Assessment in the Journal of Public Procurement (2020). She is currently a Fellow with the ICA World Foundation at Dalan Development Consultants in Sierra Leone, supporting education-focused projects through program implementation, data analysis, and proposal development. She also collaborates with YILAA (Youth Initiative for Land in Africa), focusing on youth empowerment, land governance, and sustainable development, coordinating program teams, designing proposals, and strengthening partnerships with NGOs, donors, and the private sector. Giulia began her career consulting under EU Framework Contracts (SIEA 2018), working on human rights, democracy, and migration projects, and contributing to Erasmus+ TVET proposals for youth skills development and inclusive education. She brings expertise in project management, donor-aligned proposal writing, strategic partnerships, and cross- sector development, with experience spanning international cooperation, youth empowerment, land governance, sustainable development, and private sector initiatives.
