Fatmata was hired in 2017 as a full time staff. Fatmata is deployed off site, to work as a Project Coordinator with the Regulatory Strengthening and Tariff Development Support Project for the Electricity and Water Regulation Commission (EWRC). Dalan works under the guidance of AARC Ltd (Ireland) to provide administrative and coordination support to the project. As the Project Coordinator at country level, Fatmata is primarily responsible to assist with the project setup, and to coordinate meetings and travel for external consultants providing technical assistance to the project.
